Product Disclaimer
All products are hand-made with love by a team of one. We strive for the best quality, but by nature of hand-made goods, each item will be a little different. Please expect your tufted piece to have minor flaws and inconsistencies.
Product Care
Our tufted pieces are hand-made and require special care!
To clean dirt/lint, you may use vacuum cleaners and lint rollers. Do not machine wash, bleach, or iron. Spot clean using mild soap and water.
Yarn naturally moves around and some fibers come loose, so you may suddenly see strands sticking out. This is normal. Use scissors to trim.
For floor rugs, we recommend placing it in a low-traffic area for a longer rug-life. They are water resistant, but we don't recommend using it as a bathmat as this might affect the backing glue.
Shipping
All on-hand items will be shipped out in 2-5 days. Made-to-order items will be shipped out in 2-3 weeks. In the case of any unexpected delays, we'll send you an email.
All shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping is nationwide in the Philippines through J&T Express. Once an item is shipped out, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
For orders within Metro Manila, we also ship through Lalamove / GrabExpress. To opt for this, choose 'Local Pickup' on checkout, and message me on Instagram @studiobinksph to schedule the pickup.
We don't ship internationally just yet, but we're working on making it available soon!
Returns
Because hand-tufted products are expensive to make and shipping costs are high, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at studiobinksph@gmail.com so we can look into it. We require a video of you unboxing your order for the first time as proof before we can replace the items.
